How is Drawli different from using email or shared drives?
Email and shared drives scatter revisions across inboxes and folders, so it's easy to lose track of the latest version. Drawli keeps every document, plan and revision in one place, colour-coded by status, so your team always knows what's current.
How much does Drawli cost?
Drawli offers four plans: Start at £28, Team at £69, Pro at £129, and Business at £189, all billed monthly. Sole traders can start small and scale up as projects grow. Enterprise pricing is available for larger teams, get in touch to discuss.
What types of documents can I use in Drawli?
Drawli supports the full range of construction documents out of the box, including plans, elevations, schedules, schematics, specifications, submittals, data sheets and manuals. You can also upload site photos and pin them to a location on the project.
Can I control who sees what?
Yes. Drawli uses permission roles, Owner, Manager, Contributor and Viewer, so you decide exactly who can view, edit or manage documents. Invite guest users like architects or clients and give them access to only what they need to see.
Is my data safe with Drawli?
Yes. Your documents are encrypted both in transit and at rest, stored securely in AWS's London region (eu-west-2). This keeps your project information in the UK, protected without you having to think about it.
